How about giving anime that no one has seen before or heard of a section. Letting people know what its about. They don't need to comment...they just need to read about it...

haha i used to review as much as i could but wasn't easy since i didn't have the ability to post them live my self. but i might try and take it up agian and see if it would take off hopefully :/
