The way Yuma wins with these ZEXAL Weapons is disgusting. He literally pulls them out of his ass. At least all the previous protagonists actually HAD THE CLUTCH CARDS IN THEIR DECKS. It’s the same with these Chaos XYZ too to an extent but at least they’re established now.

Even though Yuma pulled not ONE but TWO of these cheating ZEXAL Weapons out of thin air he was still outplayed by Tron and this time had to pull a THIRD one without even drawing it!!! Ridiculous. And Tron’s trap doesn’t specifically affect ZEXAL cards by the way so he never cheated to conjure up his own perfect solution, I’d assume it affected every Spell/Trap Yuma had or at least every face-up Spell/Traps.

At first I thought this show would have the best duels because they actually follow the rules to the letter but these ‘Design and create a new card when it suits you’ moments are getting stale fast.

Oh, and I forgot to include his losses against that fat friend of his, Whatshisname, because those losses were off-screen. I was only talking about all the duels that were featured prominently in each episode.

@Frankenbean: Yeah, I agree completely with everything that you said. The bad guy will always have cheating cards, but even Yuma too? This episode just felt too “unreal” for me, ironic as it may be. I’d rather have Tron winning the duel, actually. Yuma’s never lost before, except for some silly matches with his old man duelling mentor (which shouldn’t count since they were just designed to remind us about the original Yu-Gi-Oh! cards), once against Shark when he was being silly (which shouldn’t count since it was designed to show us the perils of overconfidence) and the first time he fought Kaito (which wasn’t even counted as a loss since Kaito abandoned the duel right before dealing Yuma the finishing blow).

…for some reason, I really feel like Yuma cheated to win that one. I mean, Tron did, too, how likely is it he’d have a trap that targeted Zexal Weapons? He’s evil, no surprise there. But the odds of Yuma having a monster that could attack twice after a Battle Phase, when otherwise he would have lost after his turn ended? Really? The Zexal Weapons always seem like game hacks to me, but this was just a bit too overpowered.

well maybe after yuma,kiaito and shark beat faker some duelist from the varian world would come to earth and and challenge yuma to a duel after that i think that those duelist tell yuma that they are going to destroy the astral world so yuma,kaito,shark,the number club and the other characters(gauche,droite,haruto and maybe charlie mccoy) will travel to the astral world and try to stop the varian duelist.

also after yuma,kaito and shark beat faker, yuma and kaito will duel again.

and i think that after the duel tron and his son III,IV and V will try to fix his body.

the 3 xyz god card maybe will be used by some duelist of the astral world.

Astral/Numbers came into existence just when Haruto started attacking the Astral World. I think Astral (as some kind of embodiment of that dimension) was supposed to use them to save the Astral World but got separated from them. How malevolent/benevolent his methods are supposed to be are unknown. Maybe they have the power to destroy the world if they’re all collected together. And they are definitely ‘trying’ to collect themselves together because almost all duelists who are influenced by them end up trying to hunt down more, and these confrontations always end up with more numbers in the hands of a single duelist.

Yuma and Astral will definitely end up dueling each other at some point, the possibility of this happening was hinted at in the Astral vs Kaito duel (it showed that Astral can duel by himself). The ‘facts’ Astral’s been collecting may end up being significant, not sure how. Maybe they’ll end up becoming a new set of numbers based on his new memories or something.

i agree with ygo fan, since it’s a child’s tv series there is no way the evil will win, there are 2 possibilities:
1: astral will use numbers to bring back kazuma and save astral world
2: astral will use numbers to destroy the world but yuma will duel him and remind him that he’s a good guy

@ jackster: if you check yugioh wikia they say the numbers aren’t randomly picked, also the best number will be 01/99

i’m wondering what will yuma lose now that he’s obtained zexal
his cards? his emperor’s key? astral?

well i think byron/tron will regret for what he’s done, lose his crest power and dissapear in the varian world

well Tron…..Byron and Yuma’s Father were sacrificed
as xyz mats to open the gate or something
then he lost his body while wandering in the desert for years
(Yuma’s father still seems to have his body)
so it would be very weird if he would get his body back o.O

I think he will disappear and as he does III, IV and V will wake up
from their coma
(3 very cool chars so it’s very likely that they will be used again)

if Haruto was just having a memory then he wouldn’t be in so much pain
or be so drained after the event
I think he was personally attacking the astral world
and I doubt Astral will use the numbers to “Save” anything
since they keep saying over and over that all numbers apart from 39 are Evil o.o

@yuma is noob
only the goodwin one
and the one where the 2 kids and Jack fought Aporia
fits as a 3 vs 1

I wasn’t stating all the duels.. I was stating all the Epic events
that happened after the Goodwin fight
and were much more powerful then Goodwins deck
